BLOK
BLOK for Data Center Skids
A configurable robotic welding cell for data center power and cooling skids. Welds base frames, enclosures and skid weldments one part at a time.
Data center work arrives as a high mix of large weldments in small quantities. Skid frames change size between orders, enclosure frames change with the equipment inside them, and dates move. Manual welding absorbs that variation through overtime and rework.
BLOK holds the variation in the cell instead. It runs Cortex, the same auto-programming software proven on the BeamMaster beam lines, so the welding program comes from the 3D model rather than from teaching the robot at the part. A frame that changes on the next order is not a frame programmed again from scratch, and welding standards configured once are applied the same way on every part. Quality stays repeatable across an order book that never repeats.
Configurations run from robots on rails to a ten-axis column and boom system, selected from a catalog built through years of integration work. Reach, part weight and positioner type are matched to the frames you build.
