Davi Delivers High Accuracy with All-Electric Plate Rolling

With a positioning accuracy of five-hundredths for high-tolerance rolling applications, Davi is showcasing live demos of its all-electric MCE e-POWER plate rolling machine. The revolutionary machine will feature the company’s iRoll eXtreme CNC control, AI-Vision laser-based radius measurement system, and automated overhead and side supports for material handling and process control. Together, these technologies enable Autorolling, the industry's first truly self-functioning plate rolling system. The complete system provides greater accuracy while increasing productivity through simultaneous multi-axis movement and automated operation.

In addition, its all-electric engineering eliminates hydraulic fluid and hydraulic control units, which reduces energy consumption, lowers maintenance requirements and supports ESG initiatives. At the same time, the MCE e-POWER delivers a quieter and highly repeatable performance.
