EasyARC™ Plasma Cutting Cobot with Linear Track

Fence-Free Automated Plasma Cutting

Expand your cutting capabilities with the EasyARC™ Plasma Cutting Cobot, a flexible, fence-free solution designed to automate repetitive plasma cutting applications without the complexity of traditional robotic systems.

At FABTECH, Midwest Engineered Systems (MWES) is demonstrating EasyARC™ mounted on a Rollon RTU linear track, extending the cobot’s working envelope for larger parts and longer cutting applications. The modular configuration gives fabricators the flexibility to automate cutting across structural components, long weldments, sheet metal and other large workpieces while reducing manual repositioning.

Expanded Working Envelope
Mounting EasyARC™ on a linear track allows the cobot to travel alongside larger workpieces, extending its reach beyond the standard robot envelope. This makes it possible to automate complex cut paths, holes, profiles and bevels across longer components.

Simple Cobot Programming
An intuitive interface simplifies setup and programming, allowing operators to create cutting paths without advanced robot programming experience.

Consistent Cutting Performance
Automated motion helps maintain repeatable travel speeds, torch angles and cutting paths for more consistent results from part to part.

Designed for Safer Fabrication
Move operators away from the immediate cutting process and reduce direct exposure to sparks, heat, smoke and glare associated with manual plasma cutting.

Modular & Scalable
EasyARC™ can be configured around the application and expanded with options such as linear tracks, positioning equipment and material handling to support changing production requirements.
