ADDere Large-Format Metal Additive Manufacturing System
Large-Format Metal Additive Manufacturing
Need to print larger metal parts?
Many additive manufacturing systems are constrained by build size, forcing manufacturers to divide large components into multiple sections, redesign parts around equipment limitations, or return to traditional fabrication methods.
ADDere large-format metal additive manufacturing technology expands what’s possible with the ability to produce metal components up to 3m x 3m.
Designed for large-scale applications, ADDere uses Directed Energy Deposition (DED) technology to build near-net-shape metal components layer by layer using wire feedstock. The platform provides manufacturers with another option for producing large, complex components that may be difficult or inefficient to manufacture using conventional additive processes.
Key Capabilities:
- Large build capability up to 3m x 3m
- Wire-fed Directed Energy Deposition (DED)
- Multi-axis deposition for complex geometries
- High-deposition-rate capability for large components
- Designed to reduce fabrication complexity for oversized parts
- Supports a range of metals and large-scale industrial applications
From large components and complex geometries to applications that exceed the build envelope of conventional additive systems, ADDere gives manufacturers greater flexibility in how large metal parts are designed and produced.
