What We Do
IP Automation Inc designs and manufactures high-performance CNC wire bending and tube bending machines — engineered, built, and supported from our suburban Chicago facility. We serve a wide range of industries including automotive, agriculture, medical, and industrial manufacturing, delivering custom solutions for even the most demanding wire and tube forming applications.
Our lineup spans 2D and 3D wire benders, multi-stage wire formers, CNC tube benders, and custom automation cells. All of our machines run Intellibend, our proprietary software designed for fast setup, intuitive programming, and reliable production — with 3D simulation available on select models.
Our all-servo, no-hydraulics design eliminates the mess and maintenance of traditional machines. The result is cleaner operation, tighter tolerances, and the uptime your production floor demands — backed by a team that engineers and machines all tooling in-house for fast turnaround and dedicated support.
